Create new model object

Usage

newModel(name = "", desc = "", ...)

setHorizon(obj, ...)

getHorizon(obj)

Arguments

name: name of the model
...: configuration parameters (see class config) and model elements (classes commodity, technology, etc.)

Value

model object containing model elements (@data) and configuration (@config)
